pests Bug identification

Hey all. I've been having these guys flying around my house the last few days. Caught a few doing the kinky kinky near my sinky...
 

 
 
Any idea what they are? The size of this one was about 5mm long.
 
Sorry for the poor quality, that's about the best I could get.

Yeah those are the bastards. Im confident they are what meathead suggests. Squash the bastards, they're extra crunchy.
