disease-pests Bugs!

Well I've moved house and sadly the occupants of the ChiliTron 3000 (see http://www.thehotpepper.com/showthread.php?t=6092) didn't appreciate the lack of attention during the move and most have returned to being fertilizer

Anyhow the "new and improved" Chilitron 3000 (now with added Springtime sunlight) has a great big sprouting load of seedlings.

But there are new neighbors, winged neighbors!

I suspect they're "vinegar flies" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinegar_Fly) that hang around our giant kumquat trees.

Are they a major danger to my seedlings / pending plants? How do I control them?

Any advice welcomed!

Neem - you'll find it any any garden store & most hardwares.

you'll need a spray bottle too.

What is neem? Like white oil?

yeah its called neem oil but its safe to use & keeps all sorts of nasties at bay insect-wise
