Can anyone confirm if these chillies are real?

I found this for sale, are these real or does anyone know what's the real name for these plants? Would be interesting to grow them if they're real that is. I can see it being like a regular cayenne or something.

States plant reach 1 meter in height. Kid has to be close to that height and plants tower over him. Photoshop. States peppers get to 60cm or nearly 24". The weight of a 24" pepper on 1m or 39" plant would have all the branches broke or all the peppers on the ground from the weight.

SentencedToBurn asked if the peppers are real. In fact, yes, they are! But what they say, about the size, is a lie.   They mixed 2 pictures. And who did this, is a beginner in Photoshop too, you can see the kid's right hand looks weird...

There are some giant, very sweet peppers/vegetables from China I believe, search for space chili.
