Thanks guys, four at once can be alot even for the "seasoned" firehouse crew. Fed the last of the Asian Pear to the neighbors dogs.

Hey Gordon,
Maybe you need to find the right chile for the asian pear.
I made a sauce I called "fatalii No Sally" a few years ago
and used pears(canned)in it,and had some good feedback from it.
I wish I had all the chiles back from the sauces I discarded and lessons learned. If your'e ever interested in a sauce trade, let me know.

I'm reworking the pear, with stonger asian flavors like pickled ginger, shizo leaf, splash of mirin. Plus I think I've got the consistancy problem worked out. It wasn't a problem with the others.
