Hello from Buffalo

Hi,
I am more recently getting into hot pepper growing and products...and found this forum while searching for ideas on making a hot pepper oil.
I have made a very tasty ( in the opinion of most tasters) cayenne based fermented hot sauce and dried cayennes.
I also have made a couple ristras but have had some mold problems from inconsistent drying though. This year I'm experimenting with hanging the ristra outside to dry in the sun.

I have been growing peppers for quite a few years with good success, but just recently started exploring various hot varieties.

I'm looking forward to learning lots!
