Hello fellow Chile Heads,
Long time lurker received a lot of good info for this forum already, what a great community you have here.
Had a somewhat good first growing season learned much. Started my first ferment Freson's and some unknow type of Calabrese, and I am currently dehydrating the same two. As far as the unknow Calabrese, I will make a separate post on that soon.
I also like to brew beer, wine, mead and cider, love to cook, BBQ and dabble in charcuterie. Also, like outdoor sports that include a gun and or fishing pole.
Not enough time in a day to do any/all the things I like, can’t wait until retirement just around the corner.
Nothing better than a stuffed Chile wrapped in homemade Bacon, washed down with a homemade Lager.
Cheers,
Troy
