Hi there,

Like the topic title says, I'm Coop and I have a little addiction... I live in the Netherlands where unfortunately good hot foods & condiments are scarce. If it weren't for the lively Surinam & Indonesian cultures in the Netherlands, I'd be in hell, because the dutch cuisine has no native fiery foods.

So my quest for tastebud-scorching & arse-flaming goodness has led me here. I'm looking forward to learn from you guys & gals...
