What are your thoughts on what this pepper is? I'm thinking Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. Obviously not sold as that!

Agree with Bookers - likely a congo.  The moruga usually has at least a bit of a point or tail.

How hot is it? Eat it and let us know please. My morougas aren’t usually quite that that globular but who knows?

I don't know much about pepper ID, but I grew a moruga this year, and that sure looks like a cousin at least. The shape is off, of course, because there isn't the tail, and something about the leaves isn't quite the same (as what I grew at least), but that color sure looks familiar, as does the bumpiness. I'd love to see what the cross-section of one looked like.

Was it really hot? My Congos are much smoother than that. Looks very tasty.
