pH Hot Sauce Ph levels

I just did a batch of Mango Habanero Hot Sauce and I got a reading of 2.83.   Its certainly below 4.0   It tastes great, sweet start then a pop of heat at finish.  My question to the forum do recipes tend to fall into a certain range with different peppers made with fruit?
 
Is this Ph to low?
 
The only thing I would add is make sure your meter is calibrated correctly. Although 2.83 is quite possible, most recipes land in the low to mid 3's.
