I bought this at Zestfest b/c it was only $4 and I had watched a show on the Food Network where this took the Gold. The vendor (perhaps a member here?) is an old hippie. I asked him where his ukelele was and he said that he left it in his hotel room. He was totally chillin', not pushing product.
Now that I've dived into the sauce... it really is good. It is not super-hot... you can drink it. Very savory and smokey.... reminiscent of beef bourguignon or a fine port wine. I really dig it. Drizzle on grilled chicken. Fantastic.
