Is this harmful worm?

I have this worm at my garden. Do they do any harm?

They look like centipedes to me.  Predators ..... not plant eaters.  Their diet primarily consists of worms.  They can bite.  No harm to your garden.

Actually, I believe those are millipedes rather than centipedes.  Millipedes are not predators but more scavengers.  They like decaying plant matter and such.  Still not harmful to your plants and they don't bite but they do make an unpleasant smell if you bother them.

Oxidus gracilis - Greenhouse millipede.

They just eat the dead stuff.  Which is helpful for the plant, but some people consider them a nuisance.  Personally, I'd let them be.
