Is this mosaic virus? Help needed?

This is one of three shima togarashi peppers I'm growing. A good number of the leaves are deformed and there is slight variegation on two of the older leaves and also near the base of the big deformed leaf near the top of the plant. It doesn't show well in the photo. The other plants of this variety are both larger and lack the deformed leaves and variegation.  Do you think this is mosaic virus? Should I pull it?

Sorry for that bad photo.

Thanks.

Like Cruzzfish said, check for some type of pest. Color looks good, although it's hard to know for sure (from a photo), so my first guess wouldn't be overwatering.

unless there are pests on it or it's showing other symptoms, I personally would not worry too much about it. so long as it's growing well it should be okay.

Thanks for the help. Glad to hear it's not TMV because I really didn't want to pull it. I doubt that is overwater since its growing in the same container as the other 2 plants. In the close up you can just barley make out some really small white bugs. I found them on my bell peppers too but they don't seem be affected with distorted growth. I'm going to soak them with some insecticidal soap.

You definitely have pests. I zoomed in and I can see an aphid right inbetween your new growth. They cause your leaves to grow funky. You may even have other pests too. They can only multiply, if you don't have a plan.
