My timing is impeccable

Every time I water my plants, we have a moderate to extreme downpour within a few hours. 
 
I'm probably batting around .800 this season.

Happened to me last week - Never rains here peppers needed water so I gave them a bit and the next day was a down poor -Cost me a Reaper plant -These things go down hill fast when it comes to water.

I watch the weather constantly no matter what they say I water it downpours!!!!
