Beyond pumped right now. Whether or not I score high with my Wee Heavy it is soooooo close to Old Chub, which is what I set out to do. I hustled tasted side by side. Old Chub used a little more peat and late hop, but other than that it's a dead ringer.

Tasted and measured the tripel. Should be real good. Cold crashing it tonight so I can keg it tomorrow.

Finished at 1.007
Should be right around 9.5% . Can't wait to carb that one and taste it again.

Tripel time. Good thing there are only 3 points in appearance. Didn't have time to cold crash this long enough. My clarity is no bueno. Considering getting a filter.
This taste great though. Banana aroma and flavor up front and finishes with some spiciness. Super smooth and no hot presence even though it's 9.5%. Really happy with this one aside from the clarity.

Well I didn't make it to the second round but I got my scores back. I pretty happy with the results. They all finished in the Very Good category. Next year I will plan ahead earlier so I have more time to brew them the best I can and don't have to rush.
