I *need* that!

I'm one of those people that complete strangers tell their life story to; they stop me in parking lots and grocery stores. Once I was working a telethon for the local PBS station during Antiques Roadshow, and I got this guy on the phone who kept going on and on about his coke bottle collection. Which, I might hasten to add, was far better than the one who called me when I was working the phones for a Christmas "Adopt a Family" program at the local TV station. He told me all about his rectal bleeding.
