Hey all, I'm Bill, or Trever1T on many message boards and forums. I started this season late but have always enjoyed growing my own little spicies. I am a firm believer in the healing powers of a blistering mouth and no chili goes to waste.
 
My favorite so far is theThai variety. I love their flavor and heat level. Funny how my grown ones are at least 10 times hotter than store bought...why is that?
