tiny 7pot buds, they were only cut back around a month ago!! now i don't expect them to flower and fruit (but it would be nice for some winter heat!!!)

Well if they are inside nice and warm and getting a bit of sun why wouldn't continue to grow all year? My plan is to grow 3-4 over the winter under HID lights. If they are getting just enough sun I think they should give up a few peppers.

Personally I try not to give my overwintered plants much sunlight or fertilizer until about late January or they will grow too much too early, and the growth is usually leggy meaning I have to cut back a second or third time and usually I also get major aphid problems.
