smoking Perfect timing...

I'm not sure how big it actually is... The Peppermaster ordered it... I just know that we'll be using for smoking and dehydrating. I think it's a Cookhouse, but I'm not sure.

Why would you wash them out? The residues tend to infuse the meats with very interesting yet unique flavors. PCB brisket anyone?
