repotting Jimmy Nardello

My Jimmy Nardello pepper is growing to big for its18l container.
He's making tons of fruits.
Can I still repot him in 25 or 30l container?
Or should I leave him be when he's making fruits?

you can go ahead and repot. It will thank you for it. It may go into shock a tad, but it should recover beautifully.

If the choice is between 25 and 30l, make it 30. Figure out a way to be able to transplant it in one piece, as much as possible.
Otherwise if you lose a lot of roots it might not worth it. If somehow you know the roots are all over the bottom and the sides, that is a good time to transplant a mature plant.
