food-bev SAfire Cookers...(charcoal)

Hi there everyone,

I have a new additon to my bbq family, being a SAfire cooker (the ones about the size Weber Smokey Joe).  I have tried it out just 2 times so far. Really interested to hear if anyone else out there have one of these?  Pretty cool that it doesn't take heaps of briquettes.  Anyone have different things they have tried in the SAfire?

Happy Days to All

I have a Smokey Joe and a full size Kamado grill. I think a small Kamado would be great for a single guy or a couple. Anything you can do on a regular size grill you can do on the small grills just with smaller portions. Your cooking times should be the same.
