disease Spots and Necrosis? What disease is this? [pics]

Hello everybody,

I am growing peppers in my house indoors as an amateur pepper enthusiast. However, the balcony I grow my peppers on is a very moist environment.
Past few months, I have noticed gradually worsening spots and lesions on the leaves, and they have started to spread and cause necrosis.

Many plants affected on all leaves.

What sort of disease is this? Is it thrips, but I dont see any mites? Is it a different kind of fungal spread? Or is it edema (because of moisture)?

I appreciate any sort of help

When checking for mites, you need a 60x or better eye loupe or microscope.
