Start of an Adventure; 2013 Newbie Glog!

**UPDATE 6/24***

Over 1 week later and I have updates!!!

1.) Poblano- Still only the one pod, although it has grown...many branches but the buds are falling off before they flower :< Anyone have any idea why?

2.) Trinidad Red Hab- First pepper! :party: Still a baby but you can see a bunch of buds coming in as well. Hopes restored!

3.) Trinidad Purple Coffee- This one is becoming my personal favorite. The pods are sooo vividly purple it's crazy ( Go Ravens :P) and they are just popping up everywhere, even on the base of the plant (out of frame)

4.) Trinidad Scorpion- Slow and steady wins the race. Expect pods in the next update!

I am also pleased/apprehensive to announce I will record and post me eating my first ripe scorpion pod!  :onfire:  It will be the first non-sauce superhot I've ever had, and I don't eat peppers whole in general, so it should be interesting (painful) for me and entertaining (entertaining) for you!

PS Something is nibbling little holes in my leaves, but I cant see what it is. And something is trying to spin a web of some kind on my P. Coffee but I can't find any spiders. Ideas?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Original Post: Hey everyone! Thought maybe if I was going to keep track of my plants' first growing season for myself, I might as well put it here for anyone curious enough to follow me on my path to true pepperdom.
Context: These 4 plants are my only pepper plants, bought from a high quality local nursery (http://www.valleyviewfarms.com/). I am growing them in containers, as my landlord doesn't want me digging up portions of the backyard for a pepper garden  :tear:. I've had them for about 3-4 weeks now, and they've come a long way from no flower pods whatsoever.
The Plants
1.) Poblano: Currently the heavyweight producer (in terms of size) my poblano would have more baby pods on it but heavy rains knocked them off before the stems could thicken up. Sadface. As long as I have the champ though, it'll be alright.
2.) Trinidad Red Habanero: This one is dragging its feet; it has just recently begun flowering,but it does have one or two pods coming in.
3.) Trinidad Purple Coffee: This guy is quickly outpacing all my other plants; there are so many flowers, and the pods are growing very quickly!
4.) Trinidad Red Scorpion: The slow turtle that will hopefully finish the race of spicyness, my scorpion is just now getting its first flowers, although none of them have even opened yet.
I'll update this a few times a week with new photos and updates as to the condition of my junior peppers! Wish me luck! (And feel free to leave me any critiques and comments if you wish, lord knows I'll need it)
Thanks, I do tend to fret over them on the hot days. And I certainly hope for pods! If all goes well I'll have plenty of seeds to make a real growing season in 2014, and maybe someone here will want a few in exchange for a different variety :surprised: Gotta keep growing my pepper family.
Looks great, congrats on the glog and the healthy plants.
I grew the Scorpion last season for the first time, it is a hot one. Enjoy!
Nothing much to report, except that the Purple Coffee is absolutely bursting with flowers and new peppers :D Pictures forthcoming.
Also, does anyone know why my poblano isn't growing any new flowers? they dont really bloom, the buds just wither off the plant. Is it because its existing pepper is just too big? I hope not, I'm waiting for it to turn red :<
