food-bev Stuffed and grilled

Took some Poblanos, Yellow, Red, and Orange Banana peppers. Filled them with Roast Pork tenderloin, Canadian Bacon, Onion, Cilantro, Marinara sauce. Topped some with Feta and some with Cheddar cheese and threw 'em on the grill. Cooked 'em off heat for 45 minutes.

Into the fire.

Three beers later.

Then they were liberally dusted with Bonda Ma Jaques powder. :mouthonfire:

I think the descriptive term should be flayed open? I stuff peppers by cutting the tops off then actually stuffing things in em. They do look delicious!!!!

Guilty as charged. However, have you ever cut he top off of a Poblono or Banana pepper and tried to stuff them? We use the term "stuffed" kinda loosely. For example, after eating these grilled delicacies I was "stuffed".
