Very Interesting Is This What I Think It Is?

As some may know I got some Ghost Peppers in a can and well, only one plant grew one pepper, but now I have one plant full of peppers since they have been outside. The strange thing is that the other plant which is the same size (3ft tall x 2-3ft wide) and it really is taking its time setting fruit, but wait thats not the strangest thing, see the pictures and let me know what you think I may have here.

Reaper's texture can be smooth at the very beginning. Reapers are, however, all twisted up and full of wrinkles from the start, this looks like a regular pepper with a tail attached. If it gets rougher texture with time, perhaps it could be some kind of a Trinidad Scorpion.

Mix, most likely
