This is my 7th hot sauce now, I'm just losing my sauce-shyness now, but my GOD have I ever made a killer hot sauce.... perfect texture, searing heat, it's incredible. Here is my recipe:
It should give you a nice, thick hot sauce that you can put on anything from hot dogs, to marinating your steaks, to ... well, hell, it's not Frank's Red Hot, but I'll tell you right now I put that SH@$ on everything! Sometimes I wish I hadn't

- Chop 35 bhut jolokia peppers (yes, 35)
- Chop 10 spicy thai chili's
- Chop 1 green pepper
- Chop 1 italian tomato
- Chop 6 cloves of garlic
- Chop half an onion
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a sauce pot
- Add 2 tablespoons of salt
- Add 4 tablespoons of sugar (brown, white, whatever)
- Stir salt and sugar solution well, then poor all chopped contents into the pot
- On the side, mix 1 cup of cold water with 6 tablespoons of corn starch, whisk thoroughly
- Over the course of 1.5 hours, slowly (ever so slowly) add 1 quarter of your entire corn starch solution to your simmering sauce, whisking while adding the entire time, until you have added the entire corn starch solution
- After 1.5 hours, give one more thorough mix and let sit for an hour
- Add solution to a blender, and add 1 cup of vinegar and a quarter cup of mustard (be creative, any kind of mustard you want)
- Mix it! Bottle it......
