White 7 pods, and how do you know when they are ripe

Have a few white 7 pods. Awesome growers loaded with pods.

Most have bunches of 4 on each node

My main question is,
How do i tell when my white 7 pods are ripe? Ive been told its somewhat hard to tell

I have a few plants. One has a masses of pods which are all very green.

But then my other has about half the pods and this one which looks about white.

The odd thing is this pod was produced later than the other plant pods. Ive given it a light tug to see if it came off and nothing. Any ideas?

I would let that one go until it falls off or becomes very dry. so you have a reverence.

not ripe yet......if they start to go white you will know, they go a creamy white colour
but.... this hybrid is still unstable and you may find you have yellow pods?????
