I have ALL the mainstream stuff and a whole lot of others, but I can't stop. I will be going to Peppers on my trip to Rehoboth, DE and I don't have a clue what to get. Anyone know any smaller scale sauces that are for sale there that are a must have? Any of you manufacturers there? I'm looking for some help on making a few good choices. Thanks.

Look for some stuff by this weird guy named Defcon

Look for Intensity acadimy's Chai Thia Tereoky, CaJohn's Jolokia BBQ, Montezume Brand Smokey Chiptole (TM) Hot Sauce, (skip anything made by Tahiti Joe unless your like parmasone cheese and clam juice), Endorphine Rush (just throwing this in to see if you are actually reading this, boy what a crappy sauce) Peppers Blue Crab salsa is quite good (real crab, be sure to refidgerate before use for th best tatse experience), Acid Rain (also a refidgerate for best taste kinda thing). That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

You will Love the CaJohn's Jolokia BBQ. I wish that I had bought many more bottles of it my last visit to Cinci.
