What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.

yeah those clumps of meat instead of the hot dog chili from the supermarket grind, nice cheat

I literally cover the entire bottom of the pan with one huge patty. It took 2 times for just over 3lbs of meat. It breaks up a bit turning it over but thats no problem. I find it easier to get a good brown anyway. Much easier to remove the extra fat too. The amount left in the patties and whatever does not pour out of the pan is about perfect for chili.

Ancient Indian secret.....lentil powder works awesome for a thickener. Just lightly toast and grind some lentils. I used about 1-2 tbs in this batch. I picked up this trick from making sambar masala

Just some haphazardly minced ginger unfortunately lol!

The Ketuckyaki is the SHIT tho! It has bits of garlic and ginger in it! I highly recommend it, and get the Bluegrass Soy, and worcestershire while your'e at it.
