There are a lot of pizza places named Romano's, and most of them are exactly the same (many of them in the Dallas/Denton area were all started by the same guy whose name I'm not even going try to spell), the one in Lake Dallas, however, is unique in almost every way (except that it was initially started by the same guy). From offering fresh Serrano chilies and Cilantro, to the artwork lining the walls (all painted by the owner, Ryan Gaw), to the wide range of hot sauces available in any number of mixed variations, this is not your normal pizzeria. I am proud of the various flavors with which we can torch your bung-hole, and it is my personal mission to make sure that Romano's can, and will as much capsaiscin flare you desire. BE WARNED, because the restaurant employs some hot sauces with extract, we accept all masochistic challenges; and we will win every time.
