condiment Spicewine Ironworks "Fire Good" hot sauce

A fine tasting sauce with tongue tingling heat.
Great flavor that makes you want to keep eating it. The ingredients don't share the secret of the flavor all i can say it is good.
Heat being relevant to each person individually this is a mild to medium heat to myself.

I can see adding this sauce to bbq sauce or cocktail sauce to kick it up. I think it would be good alone on some pulled pork or shredded beef sandwiches.

recieved spicewine "Fire Good" fedex today,

from the bottle, 1/2 tspn taste, tomato based sauce with a vinegar tinge that I like with a compliment of spice blend that's flavorful. I agree with kato this sauce hit my tongue first for a mild to med heat that leaves a tingle.
Tried it on a soft shelled taco, did a dousing of 6 to 8 shakes(bottle restrictor on it) and I can eat a few to repeat proccess.
Futher trials will be made on Finger food like taco, buritto's and nachos and I usually use powder for pasta like lasagna or spagetti I think it would go very well with that.
ann would compliment any BBQ.
Will also order a bottle for my hot sauce collection for the unique label.
overall a good sauce,
Marv

Was wondering where this had come from...

When these jars arrived, I was a little suprised, as I didn't really know who had sent them, but there they were.

As I always do, though, I cracked the seal and poured some onto my finger.

The first taste that came to me was tomato. And sure enough the first ingredient is tomato concentrate, in fact, it smells like a bloody mary, all that was missing was the vodka and the lemon wedge.

It's got a nice little nip on the tip of the tongue, but it dissipated very quickly for me. I measure it as a 3; Tabasco that knew somebody.

You could probably tell by my less than enthusiastic response to this sauce that I'm not a huge fan of Bloody Mary's either... I'm a Caesar girl... Oooh, maybe a touch of anchovy or clam juice would bring it more into my preferred flavour neck of the woods.

Oh! I forgot...

Gotta add... for the collectors out there...

I agree with Fatalliman, unique label, I got a kick out of it.
