Turkey with habanero dry seasoning
Habanero cranberry sauce
Stuffing with onions, fennel, apples, jalapeno
Sweet potatoes with honey/cinnamon/butter glaze
Steamed green beans with garlic and olive oil
Roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic and olive oil
Garlic mashed potatoes
Gravy

Even seen garlic turn blue? Strange! I had to look it up. Raw garlic can turn blue as a reaction to copper (the sulfur compounds in garlic become copper sulfate), in this case, from tap water I guess. These were just steamed beans tossed in raw garlic and olive oil. The garlic (noticed today) turned bright blue! See pic.

Wow, that's not slightly blue, that's full out blue.
Woow...never saw blue garlic, that is really blue..!!
