I have been gearing up for some serious food mayhem today. I've got ribs that have been sitting with a wonderful dry rub I made consisting of Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Tabasco, Fatalii Powders along with a touch of Brown Sugar and a pinch of Rosemary. They have been resting for the past 24 hours and are now ready to cook up. The top rack is all mine with all of the fiery goodness rubbed on. While the bottom rack is my wife's, just garlic powder and a touch of Black Pepper (she thinks Black Pepper is hot.
We can expect my finished plate around 6:30 or so and I'm starting to drool in anticipation.
