hot-sauce Bodines Fire in the Hole hot sauce

Another tasty sauce from Bodines fire in the hole hot sauce is great tasting with decent heat.
Made with Scotch Bonnet peppers, onions, garlic, & lemon juice plus spices.
This sauce is made in the Louisiana style we like to use this sauce in that manner as a stand alone sauce for Oysters, Clams,chicken, soups & chowders also as an ingredient for bbq sauces & gravies that need a punch.
I would give it a 7 on the flavor scale & a 7 on the heat scale or a medium hot.
