Clam Chowder.

Temps cold again and had a craving for this.

Clams, GWNorth Beans, Corn frozen, Potato, Onions, Garlic, Green onion, Bacon, Dried salter Tomato, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Serrano, Cayenne.

Soaked beans first then PC them then blized them, makes it taste like creamy body.

Funny thing, I canned the batch and used vacuum sealer on the jars and the chowder started to boil again.

awesome soup! i gotta ask, is the soup really sweet? i`m growing the same tomatoes and strait off the plant they are the sweetest maters i`ve ever had. i`ve been growing them for a few years and every year they produce loads of tomatoes.

i snack on them and use in salads but never made soup with them. i`ll have to give it a try.

sweet note not overly sweet. Its gonna depend how ripe you pick them, I normally add honey to sweeten it up against the acid but these dont have that , good luck :)

Growing conditions will also make a big difference in flavor. Try it and see!
