HPS lamps and power outages

HPS lamps need to cool down after being shut off or they wont restrike.

What do you HPS lamp users do to protect against a very brief
power outage in which the lamp would go out, and then not restrike
when the power comes back on because it came back on almost immediately and the lamp was still hot, and you are not there to shut it off until it cools down?
 
Your power can't be that bad in PA.......you could put batteries in parallel with power source and put a 30 min timer on the circuit before you switch back.

Gonna be a pretty big battery if you're running big lamps.
