Trying to find "old school" serrano seeds with not much luck :-(grow serrano

In the past 5-8 years it seems like I'm getting better yields, but the peppers are not as flavorful or as hot. I use the same cultivation techniques in the same location every year. None of my other peppers (and tomatoes and everything else) have had this happen.
I did read that modern serrano farming uses higher-yield varieties that aren't as true to the "originals" in order to get higher yields. This makes sense since they get paid by weight, but doesn't make me happy because they're just not as good.
So does anyone know where I can find true serrano seeds?

Not really sure I want to try any pickled meat. I will stick with Bosss cucumber.
