Went to Open Fields last weekend and my orange habs and orange scotch bonnets have went nuts and a lady sent a huge box full of habs home to me. I have more peppers than I know what to do with. I've made 20 pints of salsa and close to a gallon of hot sauce and I've been trying one of each I got from open fields. Just had a trinadad scorpion earlier tonight that lit me up. Anyway I need some info on easy ways to use these so they don't go to waste. Can I freeze them, can them in vinager, dehydrate and make rub, Mash? What the heck am I going to do?
