A new product that was sent to Kato's to try. Great flavor with a good deal of heat made with de Arbol peppers, Habanero peppers, & chipolte morita peppers roasted pumpkin seeds, roasted sesame seeds & roasted pine nuts, garlic, sea salt & spices give this sauce a great flavor that I would rate as a 9 of 10 on flavor and also as a 8/10 on heat that catches me in the throat.
We tried straight & mixed with olive oil as a meat marinade. I liked it more as a marinade then straight as a marinade it imparted great flavor to the meat. Straight it was a little strong as far as flavor still very tasty but not sure how I would use it straight maybe on Taco's or burrito's
