wine Beer and wine homebrews

Shoot a PM to wheebz, he works for Southern Tier brewery I think and did a scorpion porter if I remember right. I am pretty sure you would just steep them in the boil, but maybe done as a dry hop. I suppose either way would work, how much to use is the question. I think a little goes a long way.

he worked at southern tier. he is now the brewmaster at darwins in sarasota florida... there is a thread called ask wheebz also where he is pretty helpfull

but to answer your question, add it after primary fermentation is finished and you crash your beer
