My thanks go out to Joe for his thoughtful feedback and review of Lucky Dog Hot Sauce Red Label & Green Label hot sauces!

I agree with him about the consistency of the Green Label - my next batch (Aug 22nd) will include a change to that recipe to add more fiber so it is closer in thickness to the Red & Orange label sauces.

Really appreciate The Hot Zone taking the time to review my products.

Thanks sic - just thrilled that people are enjoying it.

Reviews are helpful in promition of course as it's tough to get people to purchase a food product without tasting it first. And reviews are more credible than customer testimonials so I'm very appreciative to those reviewers who are taking the time to help spread the word.

Couple more on the horizon - I think another review is dropping tomorrow at a popular BBQ site I follow. I believe JayT is also doing a Green Label review here soon, and I'm pretty darn excited about that one! :woohoo:

No kidding :)

I've still managed to sell about a half pound of my pepper powder. I use that stuff for everything.
