5 pepper sauce

So, some backstory. The other day when I was potting up my red habaneros, my across the street neighbor came over and gave me a bag of peppers because she noticed I was growing peppers (she had grown them). I just now got around to doing something with them.What I started with:

What it looked like in the pan, w/ 1 cup water:

After spices, and tomatoes(also grown by her)(spices include 1 tsp each of garlic powder, jalapeno powder by way of sicman, oregano, parsley, minced onions, 1 1/2 tsp salt and worcestershire sauce):

Finished(one cup of vinegar pepper sauce that I had made previously was added before blending, as well as 1 tsp tomato paste, then simmering till I got my desired thickness):
