seeds Bhut germination time

I just planted some ghost pepper seeds to grow indoors over the fall/winter and on the package of seeds it says they are "slow to germinate. 2-4 months."

Are they for real? 2-4 months just to germinate? For those of you who have grown them, what is your average germination time? I was thinking 2-3 weeks would be plenty.
 
Ive got yellow bhuts sprouted in two weeks, ive got red bhuts that have taken four months +

Depends on the quality of the seeds lilke the poster above said.
