i had made a fruity hot sauce and left it out of the fridge... when opened it (noncarbonated) it exploded like a shook up pepsi LOL apparently it had fermented when i wasnt looking... hot sauce is alive!, be afraid!
Never had that happen now I have something else to watch for. lol Maybe its cause I drink Coke and not pepsi lol So funny Thank goodness none of it got into your eyes yeoooooooooooowwwwwwwww
sounds like you been brewin some botulism man, by your self some ph strips and do a google on safe sauce bottling procedures. somethins growing in your sugar lol.
