indoor worm bin critter, dangerous indoors?

Today i took a good look at my worm bin and its associated castings. The number of worms hiding was astronomical, but i also found another critter to be living amungst us.

im looking for some help to identify, and to see if it would be a bad idea to introduce them to my indoor plants.
---They are tiny bright white insects approx 1mm in length at the largest, skinny, and move as if they were centipedes. they are quite fast for their size which tells me they have legs.... and probably lots of em. They seem to love the worms and the environment the worms are in. They are far too small for me to be able to photograph, so i apologize for the vague post.

please help me identify?? and is it a bad idea for me to use my worm compost in indoor pots now?? there are a tonne of them

M8 I used worm castings and I had little white things and I found they ate the seeds before the germd but once they popped they seemed fine , with out seeing them hard to say if same thing but maybe save the worm stuff for when they r bigger and use a medium that isn't possibly contaminated

You can use DE(diatomeous earth) to rid your bin of pests. It will not hurt your worms, will add grit which they need and a few minerals. Use sparingly, like 1/4 tsp.

Not sure what your describing, first thought was mite or springtails, but when you said "move a like centipede" it through me off.

You definetly don`t want centipedes as they are a predator of worms.

However, they are territorial so you want see many in your bin however.

Thank you alphaeon, I looked up "springtails" and that looks like the imposter. im going to get my bin running a little dryer and see if that helps

They sound like baby worms to me.
