We "butchered" several of our pumkins last weekend to make pies...I kept the seeds in salty h20 all week......raosted them in the oven last night with butter salt pepper......kept about 1/3 of them aside (wife and kids not interested in peppery-seeds) and tossed in a sandwhich bag with my homemade 7-pot/Bhut/Cayanne/Devils Tongue hot sauce and back into the oven for another 30 minutes...............................Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm pumpkin seeds and peppers!!!!
