...aka Breakfast Sandwich* Throwdown! Get your brunch on fools! Monte cristo, croque madame... french toast sammie with maple pulled pork and a sunny-side up egg...

*A sandwich is not open-faced, but may have toppers, like melted cheese and an egg on top of the sammie, etc. So it can be a forker, as long as there's (at least) two pieces of bread sandwiching the main ingredients.

Gonna start collecting the stuff needed, but no way cooking today. gonna be 38 degrees here plus (100 farenheit) too hot for heat. But pumped for tomorrow
