Got a sample of this with my Sweat N Spice order today. When I saw the heat rating I thought it was going to be a lot hotter than it was. Guess my taste buds are starting to temper to the hotter sauces. 
Anyway, next time I place an order I might include this one in there. It has heat, but it also has a great garlic flavor to it. I was trying to figure out what this one taste was in the sauce, so I grabbed another dip into the sauce. I had to look at the bottle to figure out it was lime (I don't have limes that often). But it helps it to give it a little bit of a bite to the sauce.
Overall, it tastes like a very good sauce. Can't wait to try it on something down the road.
