seeds Starting seeds; is it safe to use neem oil?

I'm starting my seeds TODAY....YEEAAHHAAAA!

I've never used neem oil before but with all the problems I've had this winter I don't want to take any chance and protect them early on from fungus and bugs.

I was wondering if it's safe to spray the seeds and the rockwool with neem oil to prevent mostly fungus problems.
Or is it safe to spray young seedlings?

I wouldn't use neem on young seedlings and I really don't think it will help on rockwool or seeds

Seedlings=sensative suckers. I would avoid the neem oil as a preventative measure. Only apply when needed.

H2O2 = No Fungus/Mold and in a weak solution it shouldn't be harmful to the seeds or seedlings...thanks Pablo for the tip...

Ok thx I won't put anything on the seeds or seedlings.
I always pre-treat with H2O2 but it's not very effective.

Now my problem is I need to cut down my list from 96 plants to 30!AAARGGGHH!

Hey Habman, I got some of your merida pumpkins started but I can't remember , are they C. annuumm. They are big seeds so I would think so. Also I think the capuccino is a hab not a bonnet, not that it matters it just sounds weird.

The merida one I think it's annuum. When I talked to farmer he said it was habanero dulce but they call everything habanero in Mexico.
I lost my plant(I destroyed all my winter plants ) in November to stupid red spider mites so I don't know what the flower looks like.
