soil How to use myco/soil Blast?

Hello, recently i recieved a stick pack of soil and myco blast from supreme growers, on the package it says to diloute the contents into a one-gallon jug of water, i was wondering if i can then just use that water and water my plants like normal or do i have to do something special with it? Also can i put both of them at once into a single gallon of water or do i have to do two seperate jugs?

Use chlorine free water.
AACT will do the same thing.
I use a similar product as an additive to AACT.
Basically I'm saying you can stretch it out further by brewing up just a little at a time.

I think they say dilute into 2 gallons.

On the little package it said once its opened after like 12 hours its bad is that just precaution or what? Also my plants are still kinda small mabye 2.5-3.5 inches what would be better just mixing it in a jug and watering or brewing the teas stuff?
And one last question about tea, i notice from some of your posts you are quite the ghetto gardner like me (hopefully one day i can be as resourcefull as you) and i was wondering if i can just throw some compost stuff in one of those mesh bags and suspend it in a 5 gal bucket of water for a day or two out in the garage will it work or do i have to do the whole airstone buble system thing? Also this is the last one for real, to get the chlorine out so it wont kill the bacteria can i just get some tap water and leave it outside in an open container for a day or two will that work? thanks
