T5 grow light questions. How long will I be able to grow?

In my small grow room I have two (2) 2-feet T5 grow lights at 24watts 6400k full-light spectrum each side by side. I was wondering how long in the growing stage will I be able to use these lights? I'm guessing that I will not be able to get to the flowering stage.
 
myself and others have used the t5's this year every since January. a lot of my plants are flowering, but I've been pulling the flowers for now. So now I have some plants that are 8-12 inches tall, bushy, flowering, and just dying to get out into the garden in a couple weeks.
 
Im not sure what the wattage of my T5 was? I wanna say 70-94. With the T5 you can grow up till fruiting stage, of course more bulbs and more wattage helps!
 
Ok I hope they could get to the flowering stage. I would like to keep them indoor through out the summer here in Arizona. I doubt that peppers will be able to survive 100-115 degree weather.
 
Ya, either that or you can try to always make sure they are shaded during the day, with a little morning and evening sun light?
 
You can grow 365 days under CFL but I would put it in a window as well.....many people start plants under CFL but I moved to MH and I may move to a higher wattage the results are worth it.
 
The chilies should be fine. Put them out. just make sure you give them water every day in that kinda hot sun. Last june, here in ole Virginia we had over ten days in June of 100+ degree heat and my plants were were lovin it.
 
I use HO T5 bulbs and they work great...
